Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Buddermanrules purchased a partially built building on a plot in my town (from the prior plot owner). It has been a while since then and they have made no effort at all to do anything with the plot. I have asked them before to do the roof (I didn't ask for them to do anything else!) and they ignored me. This is a large 40x40 plot and I am disappointed by its lack of use. Frustrated, I issued a notice of eviction, still giving them chance to make the roof, which they still didn't do, as you can see by this timestamp: http://imgur.com/JkRPLbS
As I do not know if they have since built the roof, please explicitly evict them in your notice. Once you have done this, provide that as evidence when you post your next trade sign removal. Trade Sign Removal Denied.
