Have you contacted the user to remove these?: Whiteraptor has been offline for months and shows no interest in returning to the server. C3PO5000 and Randyge both had more than enough time to complete their structure in wallstreet, and after periodic pms which were ignored, this is my last option. 6. Is this user banned from the server? Can you provide proof of this?: No, they are not. 7. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: They are all in very inconvenient places and are in the way of progress.
