i personally don't know how to fully explain it but if you look at a block on the edge of a base/building/probably anything that is next to a wall and use /jumpto it will take you to the block you are looking at, if you use the tp tool given by /kit tptool which has /jumpto pt'd onto it (i assume) and then left click the same edge block you were looking at when you used /jumpto it will instead teleport you through the wall and to the other side of the wall... i attached a video to hopefully better explain what's happening. Edit... some walls don't do it first try like the wall in the video but repeated tries have gotten me through other walls after further testing.

Please provide co-ordinates of a testing area.

In the video I was testing at /warp n00dlesquad on main and just standing on the giant crafting table next to the crafting table wall. The exact coordinates of that is -5122 / 79 / 1696, although I assume it works with any wall with a block next to it though because I was able to teleport through walls in several locations. Edit... I just tested with a tree and once again teleported to the other side of the tree.

Show me a video example on a standard stone enclosure. 10x10x10 would do.

Attached is a video testing 10x10x10 boxes with no roof and with a roof (obsidian was locked, i was testing to see if it would take me inside of it) as seen in the video boxes with no roof will teleport you through the walls and to the other side or in some cases onto the far wall or might not even teleport you at all and take you to the block showing that it isn't 100% consistent, at spawn however i tested it on one of the statues and I instead warped up and into the room in the head of the statue multiple times (also shown in video.)

The second attached video is me at /warp grimoire after a couple of tries due to the tptool teleporting me up like it does with roofed buildings successfully teleporting into the bottom of grimoire mountain below all of the vaults there so there is some inconsistencies in the tool teleporting me into a room with a roof as shown in the 10x10x10 testing and the tptool teleporting me into grimoire mountain which is a closed off mountain so idk what is allowing me to teleport into the mountain but not into the closed box.

Honestly, looking over this, it's not an issue I'm going to care to fix.
Far too rare and doesn't cause any harm.
