Hey everyone. I have been inactive for a while yet I came back to find my town no longer under my name. It is owned by Minecraftninja05 and yep1234. I assumed that my town was claimed due to inactivity (6+ months), but realized that I have not been inactive for that long, only 4-5 months if that. Town Names: Divinity, Sanctus_Real I saw this thread from the original owner: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/eviction-notice-divinity-sanctus_real.131538/ And no claim threads from DevotedToChrist, Minecraftninja05 or yep1234. Myself + DevotedToChrist established that I was the owner when I purchased the town, he was a co-mayor and was inactive for most of the time. Now it seems he has evicted me from my own town. @Nicit6 I'm unable to find the contract on his profile threads or my own. It would've been early this year, the trade was the town for my Eff7 Pickaxe. As I said just before, can moderators delete threads? I'm certain we had a contract valid, he was a moderator himself at the time.
Moderators can delete threads, but a deletion like that only makes it invisible for people who aren't staff. Any staffmember can still see deleted threads.
I suggest forum pming devotedtochrist. I legally purchased the town 2-3 months ago, and have proof if needed. I was told all owners could be removed upon payment
I believe the contract was made around early February this year (1st through 7th) or late January (15th onward). Not sure on the exact date sorry! And Minecraftninja05, I understand that you have purchased that town and are likely not in the wrong. It's just the initial sale of the town is what i believe to have been against contract terms (From DevotedToChrist).

Hello Obble, I am so sorry for this dilemma. First off, I never touched any contract, nor would I ever do so if I were given that power. Second, the cause for the sale was due to the nature of a prior agreement that I had believed was made between us. There was an understanding between us I believe that the town would remain decently active for six months after a purchase lest it be made forfeit, as it was absolutely vital to me that the owner would ensure that my work in Divinity/Sanctus_Real would not be made waste through inactivity. This is why after about four months of inactivity, which I felt this absence to be sufficient to this clause, I sought an alternative owner who would tend to its upkeep. Seeing that there is no evidence of a purchase or this condition having been made, I would like to do whatever I can to resolve this issue.
I may have mistaken our Skype conversation for a contract. It's slipped my memory either way. I understand that you wanted the town to remain active, however I had to take a break due to university + work. I had every intention to return. However when purchasing the town you told me that I was the sole owner, hence having full control over the town assuming that you remained within the region perms to allow for you to move your items out and unlock chests, etc. If I can remember you did not expect to even retain your region owner status but I said that you could co-mayor the town with me even after I had paid for it. The verbal agreement was co-mayor, not owner. According to our mutual/verbal agreement I assumed that you didn't have the power to sell the town without my permission no matter how long the inactivity went on for. Of course somebody could've claimed the town, but as shown I intended to come back before the 6 month period. You can see work had started on the PvP arena and such, so I still had big intentions to make the town active and keep it that way.
After hearing both sides of this, I'm pretty annoyed. If what obble is saying is indeed true, i'm pretty disappointed in you, devoted. Again, that's assuming everything he said is 100% true. After I returned your msword, payed this town off a week early, all to find out you didn't even have permission to sell it. again, you can 100% void my comment if the result is different, but if it isn't...

Pretty upsetting no tagging. What's even more pathetic is no mods said anything as well. The thread was left, comment less.
Without any documentation except what I could remember about a verbal contract, this is a huge mistake on my part, as I first cannot seem to find any eviction notices for Obble of my own and offered no information to Ninja as to the sale of the town. I have no idea as to why I have no records to help aid with this confusion and offer some clarity, but I give each of you my word that this was not done intentionally and that I will do whatever I can to fix this. I would never have done anything to cheat either of you, and to see that there is no documentation that any of this took place on my hard drive is just ridiculous. However, I do believe that condition of being active for 6 months in place was valid, but regardless, the town should never have been sold without documentation, proper informing, and with a six-month offline date for good measure. While it would seem that the lack of documentation would prevent any complaints, in order to resolve this I would be happy to buy back the town from Ninja for $30 USD that it may be returned to Obble, should both agree. I will do whatever I can within my power to solve this.
