I want to make a town but i have looked at everything for commands and such. It is probably just me but the commands seem unclear. I tried te help command in-game to look for commands that were available but i just got linked to the wiki. When I searched the wiki i searched commands for towns and ended up at a page about residents and mayors and that such. I looked at the applications section and found that mayor and resident were ranks. All I want to do is make a town and have fun with a friend or friends but I do not know how to make a town. Questions I need answered: 1. Do I need to apply for a higher rank to make a town? 2. What are the commands for the town plug-in? 3. Will my town have a portal to it like all the other towns? 4. Do I make my town in the wild or somewhere else? just some questions I need answered. Any help is appreciated.
1. Yes, you do. Mayor is 85k, and resident is 15k, so a total of 100k for you as you are a builder. You must apply for resident first. 2. There are many, but here are the main ones: /region addmember townname playername (gives someone permission to break and build in the town) /region addowner townname playername (adds a owner who can remove and add players) /region removemember townname playername /region removeowner townname playername 3. You must pay 75k for a portal to your town, or 85k for a 5x5 one. 4. Yes, in the wild. You must find a spot, mark the corners with signs, and apply. Size can be from 100x100 to 200x200
Hello JBMaes, I'm glad that you found the forums to get help with your questions. 1.) To answer your first question you need to become a mayor to get a town. First you must become a resident, which costs 15,000 ecodollars. After that you can apply for mayor, which comes with your first town, for 85k. After that getting president allows you to have additional towns. 2.) The town commands can be found on the wiki. Here are some links to them: Mayor town commands, Resident town commands. Only residents and higher have access to add member to towns, and then they must be added to the town as an owner. Mayors have permissions to add member and owners to their town. 3.) A town portal is an additional application for once you are a mayor. You must be the original owner of the town and then you can put in an application if you have the appropriate funds. Info on portals can be found here. 4.) Once you are able to apply for mayor you have to find a location to place a town that is sized 100x100 to 200200. To do this you go into the wild and find an open space. Be sure that it is at least 15 blocks from any neighboring town or get the owner of that town's permission to build there.
