I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Term A-1: I, @nique0401 , will pay $135,000 to @youthfulyoyo within 24 hours of contract approval. Term A-2: I, @nique0401 , will provide @youthfulyoyo with the town name, town coordinates, town world, warp coords and town size posted below. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Term B-1: @youthfulyoyo will publish a Mayor application within 1 hour of receiving $135,000 from @nique0401 . The town will be as stated below: Name: PaxArena World: Legacy Size: 200x200 Post A: x: -2196 y:64 z: -880 Post B: x: -2196 y:64 z: -1080 Post C: x: -2396 y:64 z: -1080 Post D: x: -2396 y:64 z: -880 Term B-2: @youthfulyoyo will apply for a Town Warp feature at https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/forms/form.26/respond using coordinates below within 24 hours of the town application being accepted. Warp Coords: X: -2205 Y: 64 Z: -919 YAW: 270 Term B-3: @youthfulyoyo will add @nique0401 as an owner to the newly created town within 24 hours after the mayor application has been handled and locked. This can be done with /rg ao paxarena nique0401 Term B-4: @youthfulyoyo will remove himself as an owner from the newly created town immediately after fulfilling the term B-2 & B-3. This can be done with /rg ro paxarena youthfulyoyo Term B-5: @youthfulyoyo officially waives all rights to the newly created town and explicitly accepts that @nique0401 will be able to transfer this town via a tycoon+ claim or a town transfer application at any time. This term's validity will never cease once the term B-4 has been fulfilled. Term B-6: @youthfulyoyo agrees to approve further town placements near his town if and only if @nique0401 requests @youthfulyoyo to do so. This term is valid immediately after term B-4 is fulfilled and @nique0401 has not yet filed a town transfer application or tycoon+ town claim to transfer ownership of the town in question to himself. Term B-6: @youthfulyoyo agrees to apply for town features for the town in question if and only if @nique0401 requests @youthfulyoyo to do so. @nique0401 will also supply the funds for the required feature applications. This term is valid immediately after term B-4 is fulfilled and @nique0401 has not yet filed a town transfer application or tycoon+ town claim to transfer ownership of the town in question to himself. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
