-11303, 40, 10789 facing north please. I already own the town and just want to add the warp to my existing town. I have a sign at this location for the warp to be placed. ​

I am not 100% sure how to edit the application. I already have my town, I am just trying to get the warp in the town. I placed a sign at -11303, 40, 10790 for the warp to be placed. I would like the warp facing North if possible.
