Town "Use" Flag Help.

    When the "Use" flag is disabled in your town, can users who are not added to your town still be able to /cprivate doors, signs, etc. as it is when the "Use" flag is enabled?

    yes, they can still lock you stuff.
    I suggest using /cpublic to lock your things.
