A payment of 400k, excluding the 150k that was already given before the making of this contract, will be paid within 24 hours of the completion of Ginger543's President application. As mayor has already been applied for, president will be applied for within 24 hours of mayor app completion and mayor town has been placed. Ginger543 will remove themselves from the town as owner and member, forfeiting all their rights to the towns, and add TheRealAllyH as owner, within 24 hours of each town creation completion TheRealAllyH will provide: names, location, and server for both towns. Town name of the president town will be nova6. Mayor town has already been established. Hi @TheRealAllyH, I'm noticing a few things that need tweaked/added. First, in this line Please have an exact timeframe, avoid using "as soon as". A suggested edit would be "@Ginger543's Mayor application has already been applied for, @Ginger543's President application will be applied for within 24 hours of their Mayor app being approved". Having exact timeframes helps us enforce the town transfer if something bad were to ever happen. Second, in this line Instead of saying "within 24 hours of each town transfer completion" say "town creation".
Also, make sure to include that @Ginger543 will be forfeiting all of their rights to the town. A suggested edit would be "@Ginger543 will remove themselves from the town as owner and member, forfeiting all their rights to the towns, and add TheRealAllyH as owner, within 24 hours of each town creation completion"
