IGN: @Cothromoir Users Involved in this Contract: @GLORIOUSTACO69 General Purpose of Contract: Transfer ownership of the region 'chlorophyllum', which is located in Rising , from @GLORIOUSTACO69 to @Cothromoir Town app: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-application-bbq_watermelon.140758/ I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Cothromoir agree to pay @GLORIOUSTACO69 85k within 24 hours of contract approval in exchange for the region of 'chlorophyllum' which is located in Rising. This will be done using /pay GLORIOUSTACO69 85000 The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @GLORIOUSTACO69 agrees to add @Cothromoir and remove himself as owner of the region within 1 hour he receives 85k from @Cothromoir @GLORIOUSTACO69 agrees that once he receives 85k from @Cothromoir , @Cothromoir will take full ownership of the region and may "officially" claim it with a town transfer application at any time. This also means @GLORIOUSTACO69 will never attempt to reclaim the region. @GLORIOUSTACO69 agrees that until @Cothromoir officially claims the region with a town transfer application, he will apply for any town features requested by @Cothromoir. @Cothromoir will provide the funds needed for these features. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
