If @HighLuna doesn't like something that @oPriam has done, @oPriam must undo what he has within 48 hours or this contract will be voided. @HighLuna can not sell the town unless the 'Buyer' Agrees to the terms of this contract (a new contract will be made in this circumstance) @HighLuna agrees not to mine any of the quartz that is currently the ground for the town. unless @oPriam gives @HighLuna permission first. Hello, Although we are waiting for Priam to make edits the following edits need to be made as well Firstly please specify which server the town is on. Secondly, you cannot contract staff services such as an SA adding people back so please remove this clause. Thirdly this town transfer clause is not necessary since this is clearly a contract for the impending transfer of the town and you are sorting the terms.
