IGN: @Veterxn Users Involved in this Contract: @Karin_88 General Purpose of Contract: Purchase of the President Rank of @Karin_88 with technical ownership of the town and the future town transfer going to @Veterxn I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Veterxn , will transfer $180,000 ECD to @Karin_88 within 48 hours of this contract being approved. I, @Veterxn , will send all relevant data to @Karin_88 (town placement/coordinates, town name, etc) over a forum pm or in-game pm. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Karin_88 will file the application within 24 hours of receiving payment. @Karin_88 will ensure the town application is applied using the correct information. If edits are needed, and the town has not been made yet, @Veterxn can request @Karin_88 to make edits to the President application. Upon the placement of the town, @Karin_88 will add @Veterxn as owner of the town. @Karin_88 will lose ownership status of the town immediately after adding the new owner. If the President application is denied for any reason @Veterxn may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @Karin_88 will be required to return the $180,000 ECD to @Veterxn within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract. This contract can be used as proof for an official town transfer application or town claim application of @Veterxn I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
