This was before contracts, town transfers, etc. Scott is now perma'd off the server and nicit (don't want to tag) told me I could apply for a transfer when needed about a month ago when I asked.
• What are your future plans with this town: Adding it to my current towns located next to this one and developing it with apartments/etc.
