IGN: @Videowiz92 Users Involved in this Contract: @Atzall Terms of the contract: @Videowiz92 agrees to apply for the Spawn Town #12 and name it Yggdrasil on Main East. @Atzall will be able to use this contract for an official transfer application. @Atzall will cover the transfer cost himself. @Atzall agrees to pay Videowiz92 a total of $1,102,500 over a 10 week period meaning it must all be paid off by June 17th 2020. @Videowiz92 will add @Atzall within 24 hours of the town being placed. @Videowiz92 there's a couple of things I'd like you to change before I approve this contract. Firstly, I need you to provide a timeframe for when you will file the town application for the spawn town (something like "within 24 hours of this contract's approval). I also need you to add a clause that says you will add @Atzall to the town and that he will gain legal owner status. Finally, I need you to add one more clause that details what will happen if the town application is denied for any reason (most likely that if it is denied that the contract will become void). Once you've made the proper changes I will need @Atzall to re-agree and I can approve this contract.
