Hi there @peelxthatxbanna , before I can approve this contract, there are a few changes that I will need you to make: First, your contract does not mention transferring a town at all. Are you selling a town that you already own to another player? Or is this your mayor town that you are selling in exchange for the rank? You should put something like "player1 agrees to add player2 as a mayor within x amount of hours within receiving payment" Second, when you say "Apon the acceptance of this contract I peelxthatxbanna will pay samurai_n 25k. exactly 7 days after this contract is approved I peelxthatxbanna will pay samurai_n an additional 30k" do you mean you will pay the additional 30k within 7 days or exactly on the 7th day? You may want to think about setting up a trade sign so that you can make your payment without the other player online. Please make these changes and get both users involved in the contract to re-agree to the terms. @peelxthatxbanna @Samurai_N
it says for the transfer of electrica I made it a bit more specific though and changed the payment to within 7 days @Samurai_N please accept again @a_man21 is this good
