Hey @drodude and @jaktheripper6 , usually before we can approve a contract so that all the purchases and transfers can be made safely we help by pointing out what needs to be changed in order for it to be as smooth as possible. This means that if any complaint is filed in the future, this contract can be used as evidence. I would have suggested a time frame of when jaktheripper applies for the mayor rank and for when they will remove themselves as owner of the town. In this case part of the transaction has already taken place already, so we can't really change your contract up to meet the usual requirements. Don't worry however, we should be able to enforce the contract with the given information, though do be mindful to wait for one of us to help you out first before following through on transactions in the future. We do not suggest ever following through a contract without proper approval from a staff member, but we can still approve your contract at this state.
