This player has been inactive for 4 days since becoming Mayor, and was supposed to add me as owner to the town. I decided to do a town transfer instead so that I could have full control over the town.​

You can lock this, since I don't think @King_J_K will agree to the contract, as he is currently inactive. I'll just file a complaint and hopefully I'll get the town that I paid for :/
