I just started this town a couple of weeks ago. When I got mayor I started with 102k now I have 1k. All the money I used were for dirt and stone, and other items for the town. A lot of towns I have been in were really good but then I got evicted from them because the mayor sold their town. I would NEVER do that because I know how annoying it is, plus it is a lot of work. If I do because I end up having no choice or I need money, I would give you a month warning then I would evict you. This way your safe and wont never need to rush, because I know some parents say don't go on minecraft a lot. It's bad for you. When I got evicted I fell behind in minecraft. This is why I think you should join my town. I am also on every single day. I am going to buy a town portal now I have enough money to buy one. It will be on in 1 week per-say. We have made a farm. It is located in the corner beside the big wooden mall. Also I will get a pvp area and we have finish the town hall building. On the town hall there is the list of jobs there's is all the people in the town current events and rules. Anyone can place on the jobs chart as long as you put your name on the sign. The shops are now done small shops are $500, medium shops are $700 and large shops are 1k. If you want to buy one pm @Dovahcat. He runs all the mall. In my town, I'm not gonna make a dictator ship. This means all the money I get from the town, I wont use it for my self and buy me food or something. I will use the money for the town after all its coming from the town. I will also use my own money so I can add town portals, PVP area and help the town. So donations are appreciated. If I do this, it will make the town a better place. We have a 40x20 plot which we don't have a certain price yet that may vary, 20 by 20 plot which is 2k, 15 by 15 plot which is 1.5k and 10 by 10 plots which is 1k. Signs that say don't dig are very important because of water and caves. You could die or just get injured. These signs are not a rule you can dig this is just a warning. Later on we will add a farm and a town hall. Though I just started the town hso we are still changing things up so it will make everyone happy. The farm doesn't cost any extra money it comes with the plot. We will make a town-hall where we will list jobs, events, neighbors and other important information. So keep up with that. This way, everyone will stay in touch and you always know the events that are happening around the town. We have been having a lot of grief's in our town lately. If u grief you will be removed from our town and no refunds! As a mayor we take this very seriously. In this thread I will write about all the new events that will be happening in this town so your always up to date if you can't go online.
