Town Stock Trades are a new way for everyone doing this to make a ton of money. How this works you may ask? Well if you have a town that you think is bigger better or cleaner than all of the other towns then this is your new way to make money. So it is 10k to get 100 shares to your town(s). 5k for each additional 50 shares. Each shares value starts at 100. Every town inspection (every 2-3 days) will determine wether the stock goes up or down. If your town is voted _____ Each stocks value goes up/down ____. If its voted: 1 stock goes down $20 2 stock goes down $15 3 stock goes down $10 4 stock goes down $5 5 stock stays the same 6 stock goes up $5 7 stock goes up $10 8 stock goes up $15 9 stock goes up $25 10 stock goes up $50 When a new stock is bought for $100 I get $25 of that and you keep the other $75. When a stock gets traded there is a $5 trade fee and you get 5% of the stocks value when the seller wants to sell. You keep track of stock owners and update them when either stock goes up or down. So, this is like Juggoplis? And this would take massive amounts of time to do. Its a good idea but very complicated and time consuming but i like where it is going
Do not confuse this with Juggolopolis Inc. Juggolopolis is purely based on revenues from company income sources: dividend chests, seed sales, market sales, and other events. But so I understand better, you will set original price at 100, then if the town rating gets a 10 the share price will go up to 150. But if people arn't willing to buy at that price, what difference does it make if you keep raising the price? As it is now, in Juggolopolis Inc. shares are $4500 a piece and I have so much demand, I have to set limits on sales. We are going to make record revenues this week of over $200k that will be paid out in dividends. There is real value in the shares of Juggolopolis Inc. I wish you the best with you stock idea, but you have to have something behind the values you set, something that makes them worth owning.
Yes I was thinking about that. What if prices do get too high. Well I've decided that every so often when prices get too high that you may trade them in for things like certain prices equal certain rewards in the mayors town as well as mine that will soon be here.
