i think that wen you got a spawner in your town. and someone wonne see it. and you dont get payed for it. and they use it all time. if you dident understand what i ment i say now. i will that ist against the rules to use a spawner to someone whidout payed it
no, it is your responsibilty to keep them out. (use locked doors or something) We will not punish for something that is easily prevented.
