I would like to change the name of my town from OuterHaven to SouthPark.

That's really too bad if it the case. One of my town members set up their town immediately next to mine (touching), and named it the same as mine. I did not approve of this in the zoning rules, nor did a neighboring mayor, and I'm rather upset.
