Town Portal Cost!!!!

the price is the worst thing ever its absoulutley ridiculous

 

I think that it should be only a tiny bit lower because, yes prices has gone up, bit most are for the huge number of growing ranks.
A town portal should not be cheap, but not expensive,.because unless someone has tp, there is no way to sell plots or to view the town, making it an essential town thing to have.

Yea, 50k sounds reasonable.
With the price being too low it's just to easy to get, I mean, if it was 25k I would have so many town portals!
But 75k just seems a little crazy o.o

 

Since we all agree, post this again in the suggestions forum, so we can see what other people think

I think it would be nice if it was cheaper, but then EVERYBODY would have one. I think the price should stay the same. Having a portal attracts more people to your town. If the town owner works hard to earn the money, they earn it back with selling more plots. If everybody could afford a portal by farming for a day, there would be too many portals. That's just my opinion

 

It would be nice to have the price lowered, but if it did happen, what would happen to the mayors that bought it for for 75k then? It wouldn't be fair to them, anyways i'm just a new mayor so i'm still trying to make the money needed for for the portal. It doesn't bother me one way or another, 75k is 75k, *sigh* still along way to go.....

 

What i think is that it should come with the town

 

I think Town Portals should be dropped to 65k. NO LOWER. Priced have DRASTICALLY dropped over time and its basically impossible to earn money. Pumpkins under a dollar, melons under $2, and wheat $1.25 while seeds are only ten cents! Its crazy, and I feel that features, along with prices of items, should be dropped.

 

Town portals are a privilege, not a requirement. You can run a town without one and thus they are a luxury. Luxuries are never cheap and shouldn't be. Further, in the event the price were to be lowered, what would you say to everyone who actually worked hard and earned the 75k for a portal?

Finally, in the even portals were lowered to the much more easily attainable 35k, then our portal room would fill quick, too quickly. There is not an infinite amount of room where our portals are currently located. Not everyone needs a portal. You can tell which towns have been worked on more by who has a portal.

Thus, it is simple to say, I believe 75k is a reasonable price. It is a price I have had to pay multiple times and yet, I am still willing to pay it again.

i agree with revanrose6 because i all ready bought a town portal and it would not be to me or others if the price changed.

I think 75k is about right. It's hard to get, yes, but that's really the point of it. It separates out who really is putting a lot of effort in their town and who isn't as serious. You're buying an advertising method, easy access to the town for residents, etc. It also means you don't need tpa, so 75k is entirely worth every penny.

 

Kids this is why you invest in a top floor town and then have a president make the town to town portal for you

 

Portals should be only 55k cause 75k is basically buying mayor all over again except 10k cheaper pplz! thin about it!!!
