Terms of the contract:
- @MisterMisterious will pay @DogskindWasTaken 100k within 24hrs after this contract is approved
- @MisterMisterious will send all info for the town over PMs, whether forums or discord

- @DogskindWasTaken will apply for mayor within 24hrs of receiving payment
- @DogskindWasTaken ensures all info is correct on the app, and @MisterMisteriouscan request edits if need be
- @DogskindWasTaken will add @MisterMisterious as owner of the town within 24hrs of the town being placed
- @DogskindWasTaken agrees they lose all ownership of the future town after adding @MisterMisterious to the town/when the town transfer gets approved

- If the application gets denied for any reason, @MisterMisterious can request it be applied for again or requests money back. If a refund is requested in this case, @DogskindWasTaken has 24hrs to return the money. The contract will be voided in this case.
- This contract is used as proof for an official town transfer app, of which @MisterMisterious is applying for and will pay for.
