Ok, @ghostsjack01 So is this a Town Sale, or a Town Transfer? If its for a town sale, you will need to change anything that states about a transfer of ownership into saying sale of the town, for example. Needs changing to something like this: This need to be done throughout the contract. --- You also need to state when @Xx_Henry_xX will be adding you to the town after the contract is approved as currently, he doesn't have a timeframe. Once this is done, @Xx_Henry_xX will need a re-agree and then this can be accepted as a Town Sale contract. -------------- if this contract is for proof for a Town Transfer app in the future, please say something here and someone will guide you through adding the correct information for this contract to be accepted for a Town Transfer Contract.
