I think a town that is bought-en from another player you should be the "new owner" So you can apply for more town features... Wasting 500k+ claim for something you have already bought-en is redundant and wasteful. All those towns that are bought-en by people and original owners go to waste, and are rather useless. Either make them usable or get rid of them and let others use the land for a purpose. When the town is purchased and the original owner goes inactive its useless, No features, an inaccessible town in the middle of no where. Once your name is in the "owner" you should be able to do what ever you would be able to do with your Mayor or President towns.
Less people will buy extra president towns when they could easily buy someone mayor Don't buy from people who may easily get banned, or are considering going inactive LEss people buying president towns = less money taken away from economy.
How do you know if someone is going to get banned and people could go inactive at any time so its kind of hard to judge...
Even if you can't do research to tell if someone has a history of bans or do some research to see signs of quitting...
Yes, you can buy someone mayor, but doing it your way and making sure that it's correct is a much safer alternative, Dont buy from poeple who may easily get banned, that's a joke it takes 6 letters to get banned from ECC and that's a flip of the coin with anyone you see it all the time, people change, everyone can act. Finally, money isn't the issue and too much money in an economy isn't a good thing it leads to inflation.
This suggestion is likely to never happy. The fact of the matter is Andrew considers the original owner (or claim owner) the only owner of that town. He has felt this way for a long time and I don't seem him changing his mind over that. It would make a lot of things pointless.
