The time limit on this contract will be 24 hours. Hello @tomicalover Please could you add a time scale on this, so for example you will give @Monkeyz505 full ownership of the town within X amount of hours of the contract being approved. As for this part, you have said that @Monkeyz505 is required to pay you $15,000 and must keep you as a resident of the town. Could you make this part a little more clear and state something along the lines of, @Monkeyz505 must agree to pay you $15,000 within X amount of time of the contract being approved and must keep you as a resident of the town <Town Name>. Although you have said "(In 24 hours)" it is a little confusing of what you meant by this. @Monkeyz505 once these changes have been made please can you re-agree, as well as making sure that you tag yourself under the IGN section.
