Peti, you need to ask the mayor of the town or tag them in the post asking permission. Considering I have not been asked, and I am the mayor of that neighboring town, and I was not consulted about this town, I will be stating that I deny you access to place a town next to me. Contact me if you want to try again.
Since the owner of the neighboring town does not permit the placing of this town due to the fact that it conflicts with the server's town zoning laws, I will have to deny this application. User fined for violated Zoning Laws. Denied & Locked.
