New town members to be strictly screened and must follow all town rules and may be subject to a probationary period with temporary deposit. Any griefers or violators of town rules will have their permissions removed and grief report(s) filed promptly, as to permit moderator investigation. No refund for plot or deposit will be awarded to griefers. This will be strictly enforced.
