Have you checked out Zoning Laws and are we waiting for a neighbouring mayor response? I have checked the zoning laws and no mayor response is needed for my location.
Additional Information about your town: I have not flattened the land yet, but i have cleared all of the snow along the sides, forming a border around it. My dirt border is temporary, and on a few sides it is placed 1 block outside of my intended town, and on the other sides it is placed on the edge. Please take that into consideration when giving me my town limits. I would like the town limits to be placed on the block aligned with the posts. The posts are all aligned, however, the borders are just to solely to identify it is a town.
