Have you checked our Zoning Laws and are we waiting for a neighbouring mayor response?: yes i have read the zoning laws im building right nextdoor to 98brando's town, i am his co-mayor and he has given me the permission to make my town next to his.

Additional information about your town: I plan to make my town like a modern city with the help of my friends, and plan to have many plots and features such as pumpkin , melon, and wheat farms. Xp generators for the public, and maybe free teleports so my residents enjoy living here.

The owner handles applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied.
