@Fantast11k Alright, so we did just recently have a slight change to all the applications concerning placing of new towns. I will quote and highlight from the wiki. Since this is a rather recent change I'll give you a change to fix it up. Also, your town placement is currently only 14 blocks from Narwally, so you will need that original applicants permission or you need to move the town over 1 block. I've highlighted what is missing, also I will inform you now that you will need the /original/ owners permission for the neighboring town. You might be a listed owner, but we require the original applicant of the town to consent the placing a new town near that one.
Ok So 15 inbetween? the boarders? and you also need me to find the old app for texas town? on the forum?
Also if you aren't waiting on the mayor perms why do I need the old app? its my town now I'm confused
@Fantast11k You need to post the application of the texastown because we need to know who the original owner is, since you will need their permission. The original owner is the person who applied for the town, it is not always the person who currently owns the town. So yes, you will need to find the app for 'texastown' and yes, the space between two towns needs to be precisely 15 or more blocks to not need zoning permissions.

@Fantast11k As @TexasBulldog99 has not responded to give permission for the placement of the town you will need to move your new town 15 blocks away.
As it has not be indicated that the posts have been moved nor have we received zoning permission for the town I will lock this app. You can file a new one when you're ready. Locked
