Seeing as I am only the application owner of Pallas_Ville I will only accept if the person who bought the town (@Bad_Boy1_3 ) accepts as well but other than that I will accept under that one condition unless someone bought the nation from him and in that case just let me know P.S. I know that Bad boy doesn't play anymore nor do I think he checks the forum so there might not be a response from him at all.
I approve the placement of OmegaRedSix's town near my towns, I am the Official and Legal owner of these towns and Nation now, Pallas, Pallas_Ville and Aqualon, as well as the rest of the towns near by. @Nicit6

As @Bad_Boy1_3 is still listed as the official owner of Aqualon (no town transfer or claim has been used) we will still need his permission for zoning.
@Nicit6, If this is the case, I wont be able to place my town here and be a part of the *Pallas Nation, In speaking with @Jffsprs he has taken Ownership of the Town Pallas and the surrounding towns, because Bad_boy1_3 gave him these towns and no longer players here on ECC. So if jffsprs owns these towns now why can't he make the decision to what towns can and can not be placed near them? This Rule doesn't really seem to fit all circumstances. OmegaRedSix
This is simply how the rules are unfortunately. You can make a suggestion is you think they should be changed. As for this town, we will still require the permission.
If Badboy gave him the towns with a contract, Jffsprs is able to do a town transfer and then would be able to give you permission.
Unfortunately the necessary permission has not been secured and we cannot place the town without this. Denied
