This beautiful city is located at the center of the ECC map and is one of the oldest cities on the ECC server. This old fashion city is based upon a real life city with the same name located in the Netherlands. Most houses built in the city can actually be found in the city in real life, therefore the ingame city does not only look stunning but it also has an authentic feel to it when you walk around in it. The city only has houses which are prebuilt to maintain the authentic feel and a continuity in building styles and looks across the entire city.

Bewildered once arriving on ECC, OnSceneReporter found refuge in the small but growing town of Bowerstone. Pretty soon, OnS fancied a town of his own. News spread through Bower like wildfire of a new town being established next to Bowerstone. Other residents soon wanted to make their own towns next door... But, the new executives did not want to move out of Bowerstone and cut ties with their friends. After long deliberations and discussions, Izz9, OnSceneReporter, WIMdowz, and ToxicSpartan101 came to the consensus that each person had different skills that complimented one other. Together they laid foundations side by side, and established the UBC Alliance, vowing shared responsibilities, and rewards in the success of the four regions. After some strife, the mayors created a joint Town Hall, representing their hopes, and their dreams, and their solidarity, above coordinates X: -2998 Z:3905. For all intended purposes, the towns of Bowerstone, Amestris, Brightwall, and July are one town.

We still have no clue what a RailefBear is... But, as long as the 5 lords of 4 lands stick together, there will be much merriment.
