Let's say I become president and want to buy a town. Can a town be something like 60x100? It doesnt take up as much room as a 100x100-200x200, so I dont see why this is a problem. Can someone add info on this to clarify this is not allowed?
Plots can only be 100x100 and 200x200. Not sure of the exact reason other then I think its easier when its a equal square. Honestly its better just to get the bigger plot for the same cost and build however you want in it. Unless you are trying to fit it in a smaller area I would recomend just getting a 200x200. You can make a lot more money with it. Thats just my opinion.

For example, your town could be 100x150. Or 130x200. Just not 60x100 or 99x99. But I agree with ajp, make it 200x200 to get the money's worth.
