I personally came up with this idea after seeing countless builders asking for a town to live in. I will be creating a short version of the Town Grading System in game, as I know most builders do not have a forum account. If I see any builders asking for a town to live in, I will show them this list and ask them to contact the mayor of any town they see about living there. This list will be to show which towns are the best based off of Safety, Affordability, Design, and Caring mayors. It will be based off of the following grading scale: *Edit Giving Free 1 Week Trial to Anyone Interested* Safety: Spoiler 1/5: Awful Safety 2/5: Poor Safety 3/5: Fair Safety 4/5: Good Safety 5/5: Great Safety-Mostly for Resident+ towns. Affordability: Spoiler 1/5: $3000+ 2/5:$2000-$2999 3/5:$1500-$1999 4/5:$750-$1499 5/5:$749 or less Design: Spoiler 1/5: Architecturally Blind 2/5: Some Design Used 3/5: Fair amount of Design Used 4/5: Most of houses are designed well 5/5: All houses are designed to specifics. Caring Mayor: Spoiler 1/5: Lazy, doesn't care at all. Only selling plots for money. 2/5: Doesn't care much, helps some residents 3/5: Still not very helpful, but cares about residents 4/5: Helpful, offers services to residents (public farm, donation features) for a fee. 5/5: Very helpful, offers as many services as they can to residents for free. The fee for this list is $500 per week, since I will be coming to your town weekly to check up and update the list.
