Mooville is up for sale. :l I no longer want the town. Towns can no longer be transferred. However, Mooville is still for sale: check a few posts down for information. Portal (50k) + WorldEdit (15k) +Town (75k) = 140k. When I bought my town, everything was cheaper. Price is now cut in half. Mooville costs 95k-105k. New price is ~55k. You can try to haggle or make a deal with me, but I'll be pretty picky and stubborn. I know it already costs a lot to get a town, let alone an addition town, but a lot of what users do is already done (worldedit, portal, blank slate). I will also be able to provide and pay for the town transfer (25k), so you won't need to worry about that additional cost. Pros: • third shown town in town subforum - will be quickly noticed • really "old," from the second map; nostalgic/collector "pro" • worldedited to be flat (layer 64 or 65), no hideous straight world-cut walls • close to spawn, users often wander into the town; seen and known faster • almost a completely empty slate to build on, nothing to tear down • several thousand dollars of wood for the ~103x38 building in the town - (can be finished if wanted, I can provide the idea and guidance for completion) • free portal credit - tell me where you want the portal, I will place it before the sale • several cave spider spawners and a few dungeon spawners underground • I can pay for town transfer (25k) Cons: • near spawn; lots of wild grief outside the town that doesn't look nice • not isolated, so everyone will see the town and it can't really be kept a secret • town name isn't very good • large building to tear down if it isn't used • users often roam around through the town; may be annoying to some people • town is surrounded by multiple other towns - cannot really expand to make bigger • mob spawning is off • you have to pay for the actual town/additional town

"Edit:" Town is still going to be for "sale." Meaning that you can still "buy" it from me, but you won't technically own it with town transfers taken out. I'd make you a Mayor of the town, and you can do what you please with it... I'd still be able to do things and help out (such as having my own house with no fear of it ever being destroyed), and not being removed. Price is half of what's listed in the first post - I'll edit it soon - so it's much cheaper. Overall, you'd have complete control over the town. I just have to make any applications for it that you need, and I'd have a permanent/safe place in the town. And if you don't want my help, I won't help.
50k is about how much the town alone costed when I got it. I would like a little more, since I did spend ~40k for the portal and ~5-10k on worldedit. It's already pretty cheap this way. :b
