+++ Town For Sale +++ Visit warp to check out the town located in legacy /warp bonanza Town has a warp and portal, nice natural flat area, big house with electrical lights, office building made of gold/redstone/quartz and even diamond blocks, streets... and few horses I do not play much on server and don't mind selling it to someone who can maybe enjoy the house and make something fun out of the office building... or whatever. Why would you come back, when the town was being claimed, when you don't even play? I'm not upset that I couldn't claim the town but this does seem silly.

well if buyer decided to tear down the town and sell materials I am certain that they would recoup a lot of their original purchase price diamond blocks alone in town after quick count are worth about 20K that's in office building alone, add emerald, gold, quartz.... maybe someone likes it and wants to make something cool out of this town that be even better
my money does not get wiped out.. and life changes old games become new and fun again... why give it up for free.. it is an economy server NO? and pretty cool at that
I will keep this open if not an issue maybe someone will come along and put in a bid, I had one person interested but i think they changed their mind
Yeah i see your point, on this server your bank account has more value than awesome IMO big house, as for the building it's Meh but build of premium materials tons of emerald in there too. I am too lazy to count all the blocks and do appraisal, but would not be surprised if they were in 100K range between house and building.. but idk just guessing here. Demolish building, replace all valuable blocks in the house with cheap ones and you have a town with a cool house for about 175k or maybe less. Anyways....
