    I suggest you start a conversation with all 3 of us so we can plan a time to get on to get payed and what cords we should set our town and the towns name and just any other problems or questions.

    Once the town is created, you would add me as owner and remove yourself. I would have full ownership of the town and permission to officially claim it with a town transfer. Does that make more sense?
