Will pay @Jdawger 20,000$ (ECD) on a one-off paymentwithin 72 hours of the job being completed. Will NOT supply @Jdawger with any tools for this job. Tools are his responsibilities. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Jdawger agrees to the following terms: Will flatten the town to the specified Y co-ordinate, which is Y=63 Will fully complete the job for the agreed upon pay Will not cause any grief/damage that he/she is not permitted to do. Will pay a fee of $10,000 within 7 days if he/she resigns from the job without completion. Will complete the job to the agreed upon specifications , shown below Will bring the appropriate tools necessary to complete the job. Will complete the town-flattening job within 2 weeks of agreeing to this contract. Understands that the maximum that amount of extra days available is 10 days (Of which he will loose 1k per day) and after this he is liable for contract breach. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I, Jdawger, agree to this contract. I have Two maxed picks, two maxed shovels, and a maxed axe to effectively complete said task. As agreed upon in chat, @ghostsjack01 will pay me upon completion and did not assign an end time as I will be going to a few classes and take a miderm within a 24 hour period (with possible extension). Upon my small view of the task ahead, with my school schedule, I should fully complete the task no later than Thursday evening (CST). If for whatever reason I cannot complete said task, I will ask @ghostsjack01 for extended time that may, but is not limited to, deduction in pay or late fees.
A couple quick fixes here... @ghostsjack01, wrong name, please fix. Also you need to state a time-frame for when you will be adding @Jdawger to the town AND when you will you be paying him. For example, "within 48 hours of this contract's approval" or "within 72 hours of the job's completion." @Jdawger AFTER @ghostsjack01 has made the changes I've asked for above, you'll need to re-agree using the following format: EDIT: Just seen this: @ghostsjack01 we do not allow open-ended deals. There needs to be a cut off for this.

Sorry @Jdawger I'm having @ghostsjack01 remove "Will loose 1k/day pay for every day extra the job takes." So it doesn't conflict with the new time-frame. After he makes that edit could you please re-agree.
