Town flag option

    Not sure do exists, lock if does.

    Please add a town flag that prevents people from killing animals in the town, as well as being able to use leads and such unless they have perms.

    It does exist. Interact flag is made so users outside of a town (does not have perms) cannot interact in any way; animals, chests, doors, etc are untouchable without perms if there's and interact flag.
