Is there somewhere on the wiki that might explain how you go about creating a town and the rules? Like how far away from another town you have to be, how you tell if "land" is already taken, max and min dimensions and how you'd protect the town as you make it in preparation of applying for Mayor? Also, what do you have to do to get a town portal? Thanks in advance. Sorry if this is all very easily found information as well.
Town Discussions -> Help & Support For towns, you will need to look at the Residents+ applications. Here you will find the Mayor application which explains all the details of creating a town. You need to be at least 15 blocks away from another town. Any closer and you will need permission. You can tell if the land is already taken by doing "/rg i". If the region is __global__, then there is not a town there. Your town can be 100x100-200x200. In preparation, you need to make 4 signs. One at each of the corners of your town. Then, you will list the coordinates of each. For a town portal, see here.
