IGN: imp12885 Users Involved in this Contract: imp12885, alpert3925 General Purpose of Contract: <general outline of what the contract is for.> I imp12885 am paying for mayor for alpert3925 and in return the town will be placed at cords provided by imp12885 and when town set up t will be added as mayor with full ownership and alpert3925 will be removed and will under no circumstances try to reclaim the town in the future. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay the specified amount then alpert3925 will apply for the town. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: town will be placed and named as per request of imp12885, when mayor app is processed imp12885 will be added as mayor and alpert3925 removed, imp12885 will then have full ownership of town and alpert3925 will not try to reclaim town in the future for any reason and if imp12885 requires town features in the future alpert3925 will apply for these paid for by imp12885. If alpert3925 dose not follow agreement they must pay imp12885 $300000 with in 1 month. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
