General Purpose of Contract: Transfer ownership of the region Oakridge', which is located in Legacy , from @CaptainWow12 to @cartoonr Town app: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-application-bbq_watermelon.140758/ I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @CaptainWow12 agree to add @cartoonr and remove myself as owner of the region once all 4 payments are received. Also sign up for a warp. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @cartoonr agrees to pay 50k a week 4 times in exchange for the town Oakridge. The payments will be done in a sign by the entrance to Oakridge. @CaptainWow12 agrees that once he receives 200k from @cartoonr , @cartoonr will take full ownership of the region and may "officially" claim it with a town transfer application at any time. This also means @CaptainWow12 will never attempt to reclaim the region. @CaptainWow12 agrees that until @cartoonr officially claims the region with a town transfer application, he will apply for any town features requested by @cartoonr . @cartoonr will provide the funds needed for these features. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. IGN: cartoonr I, as another party to this contract, agree to the terms laid out for me to uphold, and understand that failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract: I agree to pay @CaptainWow12 a total of $200,000 ecd over a four week period for the town of Oakridge and agree that I will not sell perms or add anyone to Oakridge until the full amount is paid in full.
Please add a time frame for how long after you receive the 4 payments you will remove yourself as owner and sign up for a warp. An example of this time frame would be 24 hours after you receive the 4 payments. Please include the cords to these signs as well as add specific dates/times that @cartoonr will need to pay you on. @cartoonr will need to re agree to the contract after these changes have been made.
I wish to cancel this deal as I have learned valuable information about horses. I wont be buying this town.
