Additional information about your town claim: Physicistmom has the other details. The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. I think you would have to log in as your Iticip account to void this depending on how long you have been gone since no screen shots have been provided. Also, it seems that this is already a done deal per Mendiboi. I hope you find a satisfactory answer to your question.
Being that this is an upper Management circumstance, I don't think we should be worried or trouble ourselves with this issue...
@Mendiboi In order to claim this town you will need to have a contract agreement with @BillyL2499 as he is still the original owner.
