Town Claim for sale - Auction

Being a "Leader", I can claim two inactive towns. I have decided to auction one of these town claims here in this thread. The winner of the auction gets to tell me what town to claim, and full permanent ownership of the town as well. You can remove me as owner and I don't care what you do with the town.

The auction will end when 12 hours pass without any bids, and will not end until this occurs, so ther is no sense in holding back until its about to expire -- there is no expiration date for the auction. To avoid a long auction, and to ensure the town you want is not claimed, it is in your best interest to bid quickly and for more than the minimum increment.

I am willing to apply for town features for you as needed provided that you pay for the feature and forum pm me the completed app for the feature.

Bidding starts at 10k ecodollars. Minimum increments of 1000 ecodollars.

It might not be enforceable, but if the winner won't pay, ill go to the 2nd highest bidder.

I don't anticipate a problem though.
