    There's not really a place I could find on forums saying he's Perma-Banned so I hope the screenshot will suffice.​

    I'm sorry @Texas_Bulldog, but this isn't really making sense to me.

    I'm going to deny this claim and ask that you re-file the application.

    You will need to provide the application for the town "altis", evidence of this user being permabanned (you've stated you hope the screenshot will suffice, which screenshot?), and a screenshot of the '/rg I altis'.

    Locked/Denied - Please file a new application
