Well for Mission... he just wants a18's head. xD I think everyone else thinks there are star tools in there. Which would most likely be /own'ed, so I'm not sure what all the hype is about. :3
Yes! I thought you couldn't sell them either, but ClarinetPheonix confirmed the other night that as long as you disclose to the buyer that it is an owned tool, she said you can sell owned tools. The thing I see is that people either won't buy an owned tool or want to pay barely anything for it cause they won't want to risk spaying a high price for something that can be taken away without a refund. So yeah I'm not sure if there is star tools in this town, but I don't think they would be worth much... maybe could rent them out? Not sure anyone would actually pay much for them though.
