Why are you attempting to claim this town:

I have nowhere to build. I only own two towns, and they're fully built up. This one is near my other two. There's a lot of positive energy on the server at the moment, and I've sort of been lured back in.​

What are your future plans with this town:

To demolish it and build a nicer house than Zenith.​

Additional information about your town claim:

I double-checked this one on namemc.com for later names, which I didn't realize was a thing I could do before. Oh, and @zr2002 was polite enough to suggest that I could tag him on this one.​
