By the way, I don’t know if this town qualifies as a spawn town. My interpretation of the rules was that it had to be right next to it (adjacent) to be considered a spawn town. If im wrong about that im sorry to make you waste your time
@eduardo1998 It appears as though the application you've linked, though it is for the town named "Heaven", is from one of the previous maps of ECC. After some investigating, it seems that this is the relevant application, and it is indeed a spawn town. As such, there will be a different process to be followed regarding claiming or transferring of ownership. PS: All spawn towns can be found on the wiki at this link.
