I will have to deny this claim. The original owner of this town has not been inactive long enough and the contract you linked doesn't specifically state that @SNUGGIE11 consented to the future claiming of the town, your current contract only goes over receiving legal ownership of this mayor town. If you wish to claim this town I suggest creating another contract with @SNUGGIE11 giving you that right to claim this town as such with his consent. Denied
